Accelerec provides an AI-powered job matching and recruitment platform that connects job seekers with employers and recruitment professionals. Our services include job search, AI-based job matching, resume building, profile management tools, and integration with the Accelerec Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to facilitate connections between job seekers and potential employers globally.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile or applications.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without authorization.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Accelerec and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• Employment Guarantee: Accelerec does not guarantee employment or the accuracy of job listings posted by employers.
• Employer Responsibility: We are not responsible for the hiring decisions made by employers.
• Application Sharing: Your application and profile information may be shared with employers you directly apply to.
• ATS Client Visibility: Your profile information, including resume/CV, work experience, skills, certifications, and professional qualifications, may be visible to and shared with clients using the Accelerec ATS platform. This sharing is a core feature of our service to help you connect with potential employers globally. You can control your visibility to specific clients through your account settings.
• Profile Visibility Control: You have the ability to opt-out of visibility to specific recruiters or disable your profile visibility entirely through your account dashboard.
• No Guarantee of Job Offers: Visibility to ATS clients does not guarantee job offers or employment opportunities.

Our AI matching and recommendation features are provided as tools to assist your job search. Results are based on algorithms and may not always be perfectly accurate. You should exercise your own judgment when evaluating job matches and recommendations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accelerec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, data, or profits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that may harm the Service or its users.

• Privacy Policy: Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection, usage, and protection practices.
• Data Processing: By creating an account and providing information, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes processing for ATS client matching and visibility.

Accelerec makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Service or its content. While we implement comprehensive security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted service.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR for EU/EEA users and CCPA for California users.
• Local Compliance: These Terms and Conditions comply with data protection regulations in all jurisdictions where we operate.
